Customer Service Representative - Internet Sales

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Internet Sales team in our Brisbane based Call Centre as a Customer Service Representative.

As part of the Internet Sales team, you will support new tenants with their move by ensuring their internet services are set up and ready to go on their move in date.

What you will be doing in this role:

• Conduct daily outbound calls to new tenants to educate them about Move Me In Services and the assistance we can provide them with our internet service offerings.
• Provide general advice and assistance to customers regarding our internet service offerings.
• Assist new tenants by going above and beyond to ensure their internet is connected on their move in date.
• Identify opportunities to add value to every customer's experience. 
• Maintain accurate information in our database.
• Participate in on-going learning to maintain up to date information with product/service offering changes.

• Ability to communicate effectively and engage customers, whilst ensuring to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Energetic approach with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. 
• Fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Prior experience working in Internet Sales is highly desirable but not essential.
• Prior experience within a call centre environment would be highly advantageous.
