Customer Service Representative

Hussmann is a major global player in the commercial refrigeration industry and is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the Hussmann family,

Acquired by Panasonic in 2016, Hussmann is recognised throughout the world as a leader in manufacturing, selling, installing, and servicing display equipment and refrigeration systems for customers in the retail food industry.
 

About You

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has a passion for learning and continuous improvement to help us build support between our internal and external customers.

You will need to be able to handle customers in a quickly and calmly. Work in a team environment and have the ability to work independently when required.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and adapt be able to communicate well with customers. This position will report the IRC Team Leader based in Glendenning.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with customer emails regarding projects/stock availability and freight.
• Convert quotes to orders and update customer of ETAs.
• Create and send off transport releases to warehouse team.
• Assist with bulk project quotations as required. 
• Build internal bridges and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Assist with delivering fortnightly engagement meetings with customer.
