Our client is a leading distributor of premium vitamins and supplments in Australia.
They pride themselves on innovation and excellence by distributing top tier products across pharmacies and supplment chains right here in Australia. With an ever growing team they are looking for an outstanding Customer Service individual to step up and into a Supply Chain Coordinator position.
Reporting directly to the supply chain manager you will be supported in your journey from Customer Service to supply chain.
Job Description
Key duties include:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective receipt of orders
- Work with external logistics and customers to fulfil product requirements
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth running of events and sale campaigns
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager on all order and inventory queries
- Participate in stock take activities to ensure inventory targets are accurate
- Manage and maintain supply chain transactions in the internal ERP system
To be successful in this role:
- Experience in communicating within fulfilment/logistics teams
- Strong communication skills (Chinese proficiency is desirable)
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience in ERP/Pronto is an advantage
- Open to recent graduates or individuals with Customer Service experience
