Formed in 2012 after a decade as a business unit within PwC, Infoview Technologies is a leading independent Australian provider of large-scale telecom, data, asset and expense management solutions. For over 25 years, the team at Infoview have helped Enterprise and Government Organisations simplify, control, and save an average of 15% on annual technology expenses. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Sydney team on a permanent basis. 

Your day-to-day will include: 

  • Liaising with and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring all queries are responded to within a timely manner
  • Providing Mobile Device Lifecycle management and support services that exceed customer expectations 
  • Gathering and analysing regular client technology expenses via internal workflows and collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvements.  
  • Generating monthly financial and compliance reports for our clients
  • Ad hoc reporting or inventory requirements, producing a satisfactory output

Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-focused support role, within an ICT or telecommunications environment
  • A high level of initiative and a team-focused mindset
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills to meet customer expectations
  • Effective oral & written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira Service desk and Confluence applications will be highly regarded
  • Experience working with relevant telecommunications Service desks is desirable.
