Position Overview: . You will be responsible for answering and booking calls, following up with clients, and providing updates on the progress of their service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule service appointments based on client availability and technician schedules.
- Regularly update clients on the progress of their service requests.
- Follow up after service completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process work orders efficiently, ensuring accurate details and timely dispatch to technicians.
- Keep detailed records of all service requests and appointments.
- Complete training on the software used for scheduling and client management.
- Ensure seamless integration of software into daily operations.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for jobs, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant software for scheduling and client management.
- Prior experience in a customer service or scheduling role is a plus.
