Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our award winning team to support our growing Solar customer base. Initially, this position will be casual, full-time hours based in our Byron Bay office, but it has the potential to become full-time permanent for the right candidate with endless progression opportunities.
As a valued member of our team,your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in resolving technical issues through phone, email, and live chat, using simple and non-technical language
- Providing guidance to customers on how to maximize savings from solar and battery usage
- Keeping customers informed about the progress of their solar installations
- Coordinating maintenance efforts and updating customers accordingly
- Improving our knowledge base to ensure continuous enhancement
- Collaborating with our outstanding Sales team by keeping them informed about customer issues
- This position reports to the Customer Service Team Manager.
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience - could be Retail, Call Centre, or similar
- Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Currently studying something aligned to Energy, Electronics or IT
- Availability between 8am and 6pm on weekdays (rotating roster)
- A passion for problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction
- The ability to commute to our Byron Bay HQ in the vibrant Industrial Estate
