About the role
The role of Customer Service Representative is an integral part of Pivotel Group's business. You are the first point of contact for all calls into the business and we pride ourselves on ‘best in class’ service experience.
If you can relate well with customer's, have an interest in technology, and enjoy working in a fast past environment, you maybe our person. Ideally you will have had some experience in a role where you demonstrated problem solving with a friendly & helpful attitude.
The Pivotel Service Team are encouraged to use their initiative and deal with a wide variety of interesting products, systems and processes. This role requires someone comfortable with technology & with good computer skills. A hybrid ‘work from home’ model is an option once you have enough experience.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Take ownership of incoming calls and emails, and respond to customer enquiries in an efficient and helpful way
- Explain billing and account enquires, taking payments and other general customer maintenance
- Create accounts and complete service activations for the Dealer Network and Pivotel Enterprise & Government team.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting with customers should an issue occur
- Follow up on service tickets and commitments made
- Balance incoming calls, emails and other tasks amongst the team, ensuring excellent response times
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Can relate and communicate with others
- Reliable and interested
- Quick thinker who is able to retain information
- Available to work a rotating roster between 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday, (plus State public holidays)
- Experience in a contact center or within the Telecommunications industry would be highly regarded
