We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based at Glendenning on a Part Time basis on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, one of the key functions of this role is to take and action inbound calls from active and existing customers regarding a variety of products and services. For this reason we are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual who is self-motivated and has great attention to detail. The successful applicant must have a 'can do' attitude and a clear ability to multi task.
The hours of work will be 9:30am - 5:30pm, 4 days per week: Monday-Wednesday & Friday
Key Responsibilities of the role are:
- Receive inbound Customer Service calls
- Make outbound calls regarding orders placed
- Key orders into the system for processing
- Respond to web and product enquiries
- Complete sales quotations
- Process credits and RMA's
- Detailed checking of imported orders
- Liaise and build rapport with our National Sales Team & National Operations Team
The successful Candidate will demonstrate the following:

- Reliability and enthusiasm
- Good interpersonal skills and negotiation
