We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a leading manufacturing company! Position available for individuals experienced with high volume inbound experience and great attention to detail who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer needs are met!
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about our products and services
- Accurately process orders and maintain customer records in our system
- Provide precise and timely information regarding pricing, availability, and service options
- Professionally and promptly resolve customer complaints and issues
- Collaborate seamlessly with our sales team to consistently exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Previous knowledge in building supplies (highly advantageous)
- Previous experience with various Customer Service systems
- Strong attention to detail and order processing experience
- Availability to work every 2nd Saturday
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
