Customer Service Representative

1x permanent full time position and 1x permanent part time position in Dubbo

Base Salary $66,212 - $73,085 p.a plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering enquiry management and transactional support to enable the delivery of the Student Services Branch service catalogue for all cohorts across the customer journey.

Through customer focused service delivery, the Customer Service Representative is will support a multi-channel approach that maximises the enrolment retention and completion of TAFE NSW students and supports the provision of associated services to other TAFE NSW customers.

We have 1x permanent full time position 35 hours per week, required to work between 8:00am and 6pm Monday to Friday and another permanent part time position (17.5 hours per week) flexible with working days.

About You 

To succeed in this role, you'll have prior experience working in a high volume service sector environment and delivering customer assistance over a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

You will be well-versed in technology, with knowledge of MS Office, email, digital communications, and past experience with a CRM system (CRM).

You'll be able to collaborate effectively and operate as a team member because you have good verbal and writing communication abilities.

In addition, you will have the following:

  • Certificate III in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to nearby learning locations if required, as per conditions contained within the employee’s Enterprise Agreement.
