If you are an experienced, vibrant and outgoing Customer Service Representative who loves providing 5 star Customer Service, then this role is for you!
The role:
- Being the point of contact for our customers and building strong relationships with our customers
- Responsible for all Customer Service enquiries and delegate administration
- Upselling our products to suit the needs of our customers
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service pre, during and post event
- Being a point of escalation for customer complaints and offering solutions that suit their needs
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Assisting the Finance team with accounts payable
- Experience working in client success or Customer Service is preferred
- You are eager to learn, have a good attitude and want to be a part of something bigger and care about what you do
- You are detail oriented and a strong communicator that works well both individually and in a team
- You are determined and motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Non-negotiables are that you are highly organised, have good time management and are deadline driven.
