About the role:
This company is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative & Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service, as well as performing office administration and data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and respond in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Perform general office administration duties, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness
- Assist with data entry tasks, such as updating customer records and inputting sales data into the company database
- Support other team members and departments as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
