About the role:
Duo Tax seeks a motivated and talented individual to join our high-performing insurance team and leverage opportunities. As the Customer Service consultant, you will work alongside an energetic sales manager and engage with our customers at various points in their journey, creating strong relationships between the customer and our insurance portfolio.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct outgoing calls, provide offers, upsell, and maintain productive relationships with customers.
- Nurture relationships with potential new customers to secure product procurement.
- Implement efficient customer relationship management processes, such as contact cycles.
To be successful, you will have:
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service sales and/or a similar role (insurance) or no experience as we will train you
- A relationship focuses on being comfortable with market facing, negotiating and influencing to raise product awareness.
- Must be confident dealing with high call volumes and love talking to people.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and come out smiling.
