AddressWe're seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our Brickworks QLD team in Warana. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a range of service and sales enquires across our wide range of Brickworks building products, providing an exceptional Customer Service experience.
Duties include but are not limited to
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls and emails.
- Represent Brickworks as a front-line company representative, contributing to business development and growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brickworks products and services.
- Support Sales Representatives as needed.
- Perform accurate data entry for orders, credits, returns, stock, and pricing inquiries.
- Ensure office, work areas, and displays are consistently safe, tidy, clean, and presentable.
Success Requirements
- Knowledge of building industry and of building products (preferred).
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Strong time management, administration, and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
