The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Admin Service Representative who wants to be part of a business that values Innovation, Respect, Integrity, Customer Centricity and Passion.
6:00am start
This opportunity will be based at our Port of Brisbane operation.
- Establishing professional rapport with customers and operations team
- Proactively supporting customers and operations to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction are maintained or exceeded
- Ensuring communication between SILK and customers is professional, prompt, accurate, and timely
- Processing and coordinating client orders with warehouse and transport teams to meet daily requirements and minimise costs
- Preparing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Making sure all stock is accounted for prior to customer stocktakes – in conjunction with the Inventory controller
- Participating in identifying opportunities for process improvement
To be successful in this role you'll have:
- Prior experience in a similar position within the Warehousing and Logistics Industry (advantageous)
- Strong computer literacy skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
- Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume work environment
- Proven eye for detail and accuracy
- Time management, planning and organisational skills
- High attention to detail & ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
