We are a dynamic Mortgage Management Company in the Brisbane CBD, offering home loans to both Australian and overseas markets. Our growing team is looking for a new co worker in our Customer Service Team.
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team. Your role includes:
- Onboarding customers with newly settled loans
- Navigating and managing customer experience with Online banking platforms
- Managing and processing Customer queries
- Arrears management
- Construction progressive draws
- Updating and maintaining loan portfolio changes
- Processing discharge requests and retention management
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate Customer Service Officer. We are also looking for someone who has:
- Previous Customer Service experience (at least 2 years in the mortgage lending industry)
- Strong focus on solutions-based service
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- Great Communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a supportive team player
- Outgoing and vibrant personality
- Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
This position is suited to a motivated, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working as part of a growing team working with international and domestic clients.
