Customer Service Representative

Auto Car Finance has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team.

• Strong organisational skills
• Intermediate digital literacy and IT troubleshooting skills
• A proactive approach to all tasks
• Proven ability to use your initiative and work independently.
• A genuine desire to help and go the extra mile.
• Availability from 9am to 4pm (Monday-Friday)

How does the selection process work?

Successful candidates wishing to become an Auto Car Finance Customer 

Service Representative will be required to complete a 4-step process:

1. Apply on SEEK, CV required.
2. The best applications will be shortlisted for an introductory call.
3. Successful candidates will be interviewed via a Zoom meeting.
4. Answer the phone so we can deliver the good news!

All interviewed candidates will receive email notification of the outcome of their application, usually within 2-3 weeks of application.

We are currently seeking additional Customer Service and reception staff for our Toorak, VIC office.

The successful candidate will be a friendly, positive and enthusiastic person with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On the job, support will be provided for internal processes and specific software to be used.

Qualifications & experience

• Friendly and efficient interpersonal communication in person, by phone and email 
• Professional personal presentation 
• Good time management skills 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willing to learn and support other team members.
• Previous experience in Customer Service and financial practice is an advantage but but not essential 

Tasks & Responsibilities

• General reception duties, respecting client privacy and confidentiality.
• Friendly telephone contact with financiers 
• Actively listening to understand customer needs, demonstrating empathy while establishing credibility.
• Responding to email enquiries. 
• Working as part of the team and providing support to other members of the staff.
