Our client is the leading supplier of LPG for residential, commercial, and light industrial customers in Australia and New Zealand.
We currently have a Customer Service position Located in Dubbo; we are looking for experienced administrative personnel.
Customer Service Role - Dubbo

- $32 - $34 P/H
- 38hrs
- Monday to Friday
Start date: immediate start.
Must provide:
- Medical test inclusive of a Drug and alcohol. (If successful will be conducted.)
- Police check required.
- Valid current driver's license and mode of transportation is required.
- 2 contactable work references
- Punctual and reliable
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience and requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration and have a passion for Customer Service.
- Excellent communication via email and phone.
- Collaborative teamwork and the ability to work independently.
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Scheduling experience although not essential - preferable
- Experience in the transport industry
Additional responsibilities in this role also include but not limited to:
- establishing accounts, processing customer enquiries, orders, payments and advising customers on usage and delivery
- Supporting the sales teams to ensure Customer Service expectations are exceeded.
- Responsibility for planning, scheduling, and communicating with drivers to ensure daily deliveries are being met.
- Completing and ensuring all driver paperwork is collected and completed daily.
