Job Description
Our business is expanding and we’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a locally, family-owned business passionate about pushing the boundaries of signwriting, we need someone who shares our enthusiasm and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Service Excellence: First point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with inquiries via phone, email & face-to-face. Go above & beyond, to exceed customer expectations.
- Quotations: Respond promptly to and accurately to quote inquiries, ensuring all customer queries are addressed efficiently & professionally.
- Administrative Support: Assist the administration team with various daily tasks when required.
The right candidate will have the following skillset:
- Being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting quickly to changing priorities and maintaining a high level of organisation & efficiency.
- Being able to work autonomously by taking initiative, demonstrating proactive & self-starting attitude. As well as working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Being able to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Proven experience within a Customer Service, sales, or reception role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding Customer Service.
- Proficiency in using office software and online management systems.
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic understanding of signage materials, production processes, and vehicles measurements is desirable, but not essential. Training will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is committed, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within our business.
This will be a full-time, Monday to Friday in-office position for the right candidate.
