At TOOP+TOOP, South Australia’s premier real estate agency, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service + Sales Coordinator to join our Front of House team at the Hyde Park Office. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about Customer Service and eager to grow in the real estate industry.
Role Overview:
- Front of House Management: You will be the welcoming face of our office, providing a professional greeting to clients and visitors and ensuring a positive first impression. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the appearance and functionality of our office space.
- Operational Excellence: You will oversee the daily operations, handling documents, and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Team Support and Communication: Utilize your strong communication skills to handle inquiries over the phone and maintain regular contact with clients, providing timely and relevant information throughout their interaction with TOOP+TOOP.
- Administrative Support: You will support our sales agents by coordinating the administrative tasks associated with the sales process from start to finish.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in managing sales processes and client communications. While prior experience in real estate isn't necessary, a keen eye for detail is crucial.
