As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for business enquiries, delivering exceptional Customer Service and responsible for assessing applications. Collaborating with partners and customers, you’ll guide them through the deposit bond process efficiently and knowledgeably. You’ll build strong relationships with our client’s business partners, internal stakeholders and third-party distributors, playing a pivotal role in driving business success.

The Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for business enquiries, delivering exceptional Customer Service and responsible for assessing applications. Collaborating with partners and customers, you’ll guide them through the deposit bond process efficiently and knowledgeably. You’ll build strong relationships with our client’s business partners, internal stakeholders and third-party distributors, playing a pivotal role in driving business success.
What you will be doing:
- Provide prompt and professional Customer Service via phone and email, resolving issues proactively with follow-up as necessary.
- Outbound lead follow-up, assisting in selling company products and capturing new business applications.
- Work collaboratively with the team to optimise the overall customer experience.
- Assess bond applications and recommend approvals in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Advise brokers and customers on the best approach to obtain a bond, conduct searches, and examine credit data and financial statements.
- Proactively monitoring and following up on warm leads.
- Assisting the COO with reporting on market intelligence and industry developments.
- Bubbly, upbeat, people person with a good sense of humour.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a phone based customer-focused role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
