- Previous experience working in a dynamic customer interaction role involving high-paced customer engagement and target-oriented communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced clinic environment
Tasks & responsibilities
The position is responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Watching over the Coolangatta Clinic
- Providing Customer Services for all visitors, staff, etc
- Ensuring the Clinic is a safe environment for staff and patients
- Assisting emergency responders in the event of a building evacuation and medical incident
- Routine patrols and monitoring assigned areas including carparks and other areas
- Watch for and report irregularities, such as security breaches, safety hazards, and emergency situation
