WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Rewarding job opportunities for Customer Service Officers in both International and Domestic Valet operations.
We are looking for Night Shift team members. With the option of Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time and Casual. Between 15 and 38 hours pw.
The role of the Customer Service Officer in Valet at Brisbane Airport reporting directly to the Valet Manager and Supervisory team in a fast paced environment.
The role includes, but is not limited to, checking Valet vehicles in and out, moving guests' vehicles to and from external carparks safely, liaising with guests via email/phone, taking EFTPOS payments, driving luxury vehicles and assisting all airport guests with queries.
There are constantly opportunities for growth within the Landside Operation.
The primary purpose of the Customer Service Officer - Valet Driver is to provide an exceptional welcome as part of everyone's journey and to ensure a continuous improvement mindset.
Duties include providing high end Customer Service and mobility management on a day-to-day basis by proactively ensuring all guests are safe and the service is seamless within the Valet Operations.
All applicants will need to be physically fit for standing, walking and movement in and out of vehicles throughout each shift. Ability to drive and reverse park vehicles with efficiency and to be able to provide a driving history report upon commence of employment.
We will need traffic history report and police check for the last 5 years.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Current full open QLD Manual drivers' licence.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, any shift and on weekends.
- Excellent car driving history and a high level of driving safety skills.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
- Ability to keep up in a fast paced/active environment.
- Friendly, cooperative, and helpful with customers
- Ability to follow instructions as necessary.
- Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with work colleagues and supervisors.
- A love of new technologies - we are a mobility and technology company.
- Strict adherence to all corporate policies and procedures. Safety is not negotiable in our business.
