Your new roleAs a
Customer Service Specialist you will be handling a high volume of inbound calls, and providing excellent levels of
Customer Service to help customers choose the best plan for them, so if you have a genuine passion for
Customer Service this is the role for you! The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is experienced working towards KPIs.
Some of your responsibilities will include:- Making outbound calls to customers in a contact centre environment
- Managing inbound and outbound emails
- Managing your own portfolio of accounts
- Maintaining customer payment records
- Completion of administrative tasks
- Ensuring a high level of Customer Service
- Problem solving of general enquiries in a timely manner
- Any other ad hoc duties
Your skills and experience- High attention to detail and thrive and thrive in a high performing culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Decision making skills and the ability to problem solve
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
