Position: Customer Service and Sales Representative

Location: Newcastle Branch

As an integral part of our Customer Service team at the Newcastle Branch, you will play a crucial role in our interactions with valued customers. Your position as the initial point of contact will be pivotal in supporting our Branch Manager and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Create positive customer experiences by warmly welcoming and assisting customers.

  • Operational Support: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth branch operations. 
  • Teamwork: Work closely with the team to address inquiries and concerns, delivering satisfactory resolutions. 
  • Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, job authorizations, and meticulous record-keeping.
