Job description- Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, customer onboarding and support. Collaborating with the Customer Success team you will be responsible for delivering an authentic and excellent customer experience.
Job responsibilities -Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Communicate with clients through various channels (phone, email, live chat, and demos)
- Create meaningful and strong relationships with customers.
- Onboard customers with platform knowledge and navigation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring event hosts receive warm and personalized experiences.
- Ensure all customers have a warm, genuine, and seamless experience.
- Constantly experience, learn, and refine the customer success approach to enhance customer retention and engagement.
- Continuously track and report on trends.
- Educated with a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working in a customer focused role.
- Experience in a customer success role is highly desirable!
- You are enthusiastic about live events and social change!!
- Very proactive
- Great problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
- Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn!
- Any experience with HubSpot is desirable but not essential.
- Salary between $60k - $70k + super (depending on experience)
- $5,000 in additional tax benefits with salary packaging
