ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a leading dermatology company with a global reach. Due to significant growth in Australia, they require a Customer Service Specialist to join their customer engagement team.
You will be mainly responsible for liaising with a wide array of wholesalers and distributors. You will also be expected to build relationships with different clients.
This role will suit individuals with a past background in FMCG or pharmaceuticals, specifically within the logistics and order processing departments.
KEY DUTIES:
- Managing inventory and reporting through a range of different systems.
- Liaising with wholesalers and clinics regarding orders.
- Providing key order information to clients including lead times, delivery times, etc.
- Providing a solution to various queries regarding issues raised internally or externally.
- Fostering a positive relationship in all customer interactions.
REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE:
- Prior experience within order processing in a similar field is highly desirable.
- Established experience in Customer Service, specifically within FMCG or Pharmaceuticals
- Exposure to logistics and supply chain responsibilities
- Ability to use different systems such as M3, Viva or similar and online ordering systems.
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
