Global Skills is currently looking to fill a number of Customer Support Officer positions located in our Call Centre in Blacktown.

Successful candidates for these roles will:

• Share our commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service
• Have a passion for helping others and making a difference
• Possess exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport
• Possess good administrative and computer skills 
• Take pride in assisting customers and helping resolve queries in a call centre environment
• Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
• Be eligible to work in Australia
• Be expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
• Experience in Employment Services (jobactive, Workforce Australia, DES, TTW) or a call centre environment is highly regarded.
