Our ACT network is looking for Expressions of Interest to join their team and serve their local communities. We are looking for passionate, driven and experienced Customer Service people to join our ACT team. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a broad variety of internal stakeholders and help our communities to make a difference and change lives.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Manage enquiries to provide caring and personalised solutions for our customers
- Complete Beyond Bank’s Lending Accreditation program
- Provide an exceptional experience for our customers
- Be part of a knowledgeable and high achieving team
- Manage all facets of our customer’s financial requirements
- Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers
- Possess a team player attitude and perform general branch duties as part of your role
- Engage and assist customers either face to face and/or via outbound calling to identify short, medium, long term needs and aspirations.

- Demonstrated experience in retail banking or Customer Service environment
- Commitment to success and a strong work ethic
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- A passion for building lasting customer relationships and serving the local community
