An exciting opportunity exists at Callaghan Motors Group for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team. With 7 manufacturers and a highly successful pre-owned car branch in our dealership you will play a vital role in providing top quality service to our valued customers.
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the link between our expert technicians, parts department and our customers and will be pivotal in providing a satisfying experience while at our dealership.
This position will be well suited to:
- Someone who has excellent Customer Service skills and is well presented.
- Someone who is well suited to working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Someone who has a can-do attitude and excellent computer skills.
Some responsibilities may include:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding their service and vehicle progress.
- Provide an exceptional experience for our customers from drop off to pick up of their vehicle
- File repair orders and after-service correspondence.
- Collaborate with technicians and the parts department to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
- Working with the team to ensure the service provided goes above and beyond industry satisfaction benchmarks
We're looking for Team Members who are passionate about helping others and are keen to learn and grow.
A full valid Australian driver’s licence is required for this position.
