About the Role:
We are currently experiencing growth and are looking for a Customer Service superstar to join our team. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, processing customer orders, and liaising with all customers and our internal functional departments.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer enquiries.
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Answer enquiries and follow-up on customer requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely communication with customers via email and phone regarding product availability, delivery status, and order confirmation and the like.
- Establish and maintain effective communication within the Business Structure
- Follow company processes and procedures while looking for continuous improvement in ways of working with and serving our customers.
- Office administration duties supporting effective Customer Service operations.
