The Role:-

We are seeking an individual who can play a crucial role in cultivating and enhancing positive brand recognition and customer experience for all our customers, both internal and external. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver a high standard of customer experience that aligns with our service promises, meets KPI expectations, and supports our focus on growth..
 

Tasks include but not limited to:

 Establishing positive working relationship with key internal and external stake holders to ensure all Team Members and customers are having the best possible experience.
 Support the Customer Service Team and customers with inbound and outbound enquries.  
 Responding to client queries – email, phone, social media ect

Skills and Experience:
 Great data entry skills with high attention to detail
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook and Excel
 Confident and friendly phone manner
 Ability to multitask and follow instructions, both verbal and written
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 A high work ethic and commitment to your responsibilities
 Professional demeanour with a positive can-do attitude
 Ability to work efficiently in a team and autonomously.
 Flexibility and reliability

Preferred but not essential - Experience within the VEU space (Heat Pumps, Weather Sealing, IHD's and HVAC.
