Summary
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be providing exceptional customer support and coordination within a fast paced, customer focused environment. The role may suit someone who is returning to the workforce, studying or looking for a casual role that provides variety.
We are looking for someone who is available on Monday & Tuesday between the hours of 8am-5pm. There will also be a requirement to be able to assist in the warehouse and cover additional hours. (e.g if another Team Member is on leave).
Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Attend to customer queries via phone, email & live chat using HubSpot and Aircall.
• Develop superior product knowledge to be able to efficiently and effectively assist customers
• Process phone orders and customer returns
• Complete product testing
• Conduct fraud checks
• Liaise with our onsite warehouse, marketing & digital teams
Warehouse
• To work with a supportive & fast paced team to ensure the timely dispatch of goods
• Efficient picking & packing of customer orders.
• Checking in and put away of inward goods using barcode scanners.
• Working closely with Team Members to deliver the highest standard of Customer Service whilst maintaining organisational KPIs
• General Warehouse Duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
