About the Role:
As our Customer Service Team Member, you will work closely with the Customer Service Supervisor and Marketing Manager to create a five-star guest experience and contribute towards patron satisfaction as well as membership and revenue growth.
The role is Part-time (30 hours over 3-4 days) or Full-time (38 hours over 4-5 days) on a rotating roster which includes weekend and evening shifts, primarily 11.30am – 9.30pm.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Customer Service – Respond to all enquiries via phone, email and in person including signing visitors in, cloak room, restaurant bookings, ticketing and patron complaints.
- Membership – Process new memberships and renewals, upselling where possible and assist ensure the database is up to date and accurate. Educate patrons on the rewards program and assist with the implementation of new rewards offers and competitor analysis.
- Administration – Oversee incoming and outgoing post and assist other departments as required.
- Reporting - Assist with reporting of membership and visitor data to track success and identify areas of growth.
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Customer Service, Reception, Admin)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organised, proactive and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
- Must be creative and able to contribute ideas and initiatives
- Willing and flexible to work a rotating roster including weekends, nights and major events like home games
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in Clubs or Hospitality
- Experience with programs such as Aristocrat S7000/Prime, InfoSign, SENPOS, RedeemX or similar
- Data analysis of membership trends
