- Position: Customer Service/Admin Officer
- Location: Ravenhall
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients with a focus on delivering outstanding service
- Utilize your high proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Liaise with internal and external entities to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Provide a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
