An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Customer Support Representative to join our team based in Murarrie. You will be responsible for providing timely customer support to accounts, preparing quotes, booking collections, and assisting in various administrative tasks.
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations and working alongside the Sales team and Customer Service teams, this is a diverse and interesting role that is integral to the business.
On a day-to-day basis the successful applicant you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating client profiles and accounts
- Customer support functions including quoting, data entry, sales support
- Field incoming client enquiries, including requests, updates, and collection requests via telephone and email
- Process client reports including reconcillistation, and settlement reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, warehouse, logistics, professional services, and accounts.
- General Administration support across the office
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel as well a being general tech-savvy. Experience within the IT industry preferred but not essential.
You will have a strong attention to detail and pride yourself on a proactive and positive approach to your work.
