We're on the lookout for a dynamic Office Manager to join a high-performing team based in Brisbane's Inner East. As the backbone of operations, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning, providing invaluable support across all aspects of their business.
Position: Office Manager (Operations Support)
Location: Brisbane Inner East
Salary: Up to $100k plus super plus bonus
As Office Manager, you will be at the heart of their operations, overseeing all aspects of the business to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. From assisting with KPIs to spearheading team training and onboarding, organising office events to providing crucial support to the Directors, you'll be the driving force behind their efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to meet KPIs and business objectives.
- Lead the charge in team training and onboarding, ensuring all staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
- Take ownership of organising engaging office events that foster a positive and vibrant workplace culture.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and facilities management.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role, office management or operations management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail, coupled with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the success of the business.
