What you do:

We're seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual with extensive industry knowledge and customer relations experience. Your primary focus will be to enhance the customer experience for iSelect's clients, both internal and external, by promptly resolving various queries. This role requires proactive and responsive engagement with customers, ensuring seamless assistance and issue resolution across all client types.

What you need:

  • Previous experience working in a call centre environment
  • Previous Industry experience (Health Insurance, Energy or General Insurance) and legislation knowledge - desirable
  • Customer focused, along with customer advocacy skills and ability to problem solve (work and think outside the square)
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Excellent time management, business writing and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and record keeping
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and deepen stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent Computer (Excel and Word), Literacy skills
  • A willingness and ability to learn new skills and respond well to coaching and development
  • A comfortable approach to using multiple and sometimes complex computer systems.
  • The ability to problem solve and encourage people to make informed decisions
