About the role: 

Red Energy is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Your day to day will include:  

• Handle and respond to customer enquiries by answering inbound calls from our existing customers and delivering a high level of customer service 
• Call types can include general account enquiries, customer complaints, billing enquiries and taking payments
• Support from your managers and subject matter experts to achieve and deliver your individual and team targets
• Paid, online training

We are offering full time work from home opportunities, working on a rotating roster  between 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays between 9:00am - 5:30pm with a day off during that week.

You will need:

• 12 months of proven customer service experience at a supervisory level
• Proficient in working off multiple screens and through various systems
• A willingness to learn and continuously develop
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
