This company is an education partner supplying valuable educational tools into the education industry and they are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their South Brisbane office. Salary on offer is $84K + Super + Bonus.
Your new role
The focus of your new role will be to support and strengthen customer relationships by means of retaining customers in addition to increasing revenue. Through engaging with external stakeholders, you will contribute to achieving the strategic goals of your team.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage existing client relationships
- Processing orders and managing queries
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
- Live product demonstrations and online webinars – develop and deliver
- Report information on installation and usage to management
- Cross-selling and upselling campaigns – maximise revenue
What you'll need to succeed
You will come from a customer service background in addition to:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organisation skills & attention to detail
- CRM Database experience – (SugarCRM preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Flexibility to travel when required
- Experience planning live/online events
- Customer renewal experience
- Experience in education market (essential) & exposure to education sector (desirable)
