Your New Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for executing our Customer Success Program across both direct customers and partner networks. Key activities include:
- Strategic account plan development and execution.
- Conducting success meetings with both customers and partners.
- Coordinating solution change requests.
- Providing the “voice of the customer” and the “voice of the partner” within internal processes.
- Managing key client and partner relationships.

Successful candidates will need a mix of sales, relationship management skills, technical prowess, and business process understanding to drive successful outcomes for both customers and partners.
