About the role

As a highly motivated and results driven Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with key QSR Customer partners to grow client relationships and expand the solutions offered.

To be a successful Customer Success Manager, you will be a strategic thinker with a passion for building partnerships, driving revenue growth, and making a significant impact in the QSR industry.

This position is focused on partnering with our ANZ clients, across all phases of the customers journey from pre-sales to implementation and BAU and may include training too. You will become the product expert and drive our customer adoption whilst staying across QSR industry needs and changes.

Responsibilities

  • Target and cultivate strategic relationships within the QSR industry for growth.
  • Develop comprehensive customer strategies and nurture long-term connections.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Brands, building strong relationships and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Collaborate across teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes for opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize Customer agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Drive engagement through joint marketing initiatives and new business pursuits.
  • Monitor metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction and solution adoption.
  • Stay updated on industry developments for potential enhancement opportunities.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in customer development within technology sectors.
  • Understanding of QSR industry dynamics and key players would be highly regarded.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Travel flexibility for client meetings and industry events.
