We have been entrusted with BMW Australia's integral Retail Marketing Service Provider role. This entails leading the charge in implementing an aftersales marketing program underpinned by our software applications.
Who are you
You will play an important role in leading customer-facing communication and campaign reporting across the dealer network. You will be backed by a team of experienced industry professionals.
In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in ensuring that motor dealers within the brand network fully leverage the capabilities of our platform and optimise their participation in the associated marketing program.
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the planning and execution of CRM journeys. You will be essential for helping dealers decipher their marketing performance, conduct network benchmarking, and derive actionable insights from the BI Portal. By providing assistance in comprehending and implementing enhancements to their marketing campaigns, you will make a substantial contribution to the success of our clients within the brand network.
You will work closely with our program and marketing managers and our clients' aftersales area managers and maintain strong and positive relationships with the marketing personnel within the dealer network.
This full-time permanent role is based in Sydney or Brisbane. You must be prepared to visit dealerships, and travel interstate periodically to attend client meetings.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Visit dealerships and develop relationships with their Marketing and Aftersales personnel.
- Work across multiple campaigns and clients concurrently, providing phone, written and face-to-face communication, guiding clients and being their advocate.
- Analysing reports, campaign metrics and trends.
- Helping ensure campaign goals and commitments are met.
- Speak weekly and monthly with clients about their campaigns.
- Attend and, where needed, lead client-facing meetings.
- Flag potential program risks and concerns with management for early intervention.
Education, Skills and Qualifications will include:
- Educational Background: Tertiary qualifications are not a prerequisite; however, this position would suit someone with formal marketing qualifications or demonstrable experience in a customer-facing marketing role.
- Communication Skills: You exhibit exceptional communication skills, including a polite phone manner, immaculate presentation and written and spoken English proficiency.
- Presentation Skills: You possess exceptional presentation skills. You are articulate, competent and a proven conveyer of key messages.
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrate enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine passion for success and assisting others.
- Team Collaboration: Embrace a collaborative and team-based approach to work effectively with colleagues.
- Technical Proficiency: Experienced using CRM and marketing-related systems. Additionally, you should be an advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to: Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Organisational Skills: You are an excellent time manager who can multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Customer Service Skills: You are customer-centric and adaptable to different customer personalities and situations. You calmly and patiently analyse situations and find effective solutions to customer issues.
