The Role
This is a full-time role, and we are looking for a motivated self-starter to liaise between our direct B2B customers and our in-house technical subject matter experts to deliver value and drive growth. This is a diverse role in a dynamic technology-led industry providing a stimulating and ever-changing work environment.
On a daily basis, you will be looking to achieve growth in your existing customer accounts, increase client maturity with our products and retain our customer loyalty. You may find yourself out on the road, travelling interstate or bringing stakeholders together online. We encourage fostering face-to-face and over the phone client relationships over emails, every time!
Account Management:
- Develop and work to an account management plan, engaging key stakeholders and identifying customer strategic drivers
- Surface customer insights and present meaningful business reviews to increase client traction and deliver optimised results
- Identify, build, grow and maintain a healthy funnel of up-sell opportunities as you work with key customers to meet their business needs
- Oversee the delivery of all contractual requirements, and lead contract renewal negotiations
Communication:
- Present to all stakeholders through face-to-face meetings and video conferencing applications
- Proactively and regularly engage with key stakeholders within MiX Telematics including but not limited to our Technical Solutions, Technical Services, Operations, Sales and Finance teams
Relationships:
- Build effective B2B business relationships
- Collaborate with peers, managers and colleagues
- Openly communicate, provide feedback and share ideas
Not Negotiable:
- Exceptional literacy in written, communication and presentation skills
- 5-7+ years’ experience in Customer Success/ account management roles
- Demonstrated skills in researching, writing and delivering reviews
Desired Experience and Attributes:
- Experience utilising Gainsight, SalesForce and Zendesk
- Prior experience working within the technology sector
- Prior experience working with or within the mining, oil & gas or transport
