Epiroc has an opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Perth, WA. This position will be the champion in the customer center to ensure that local projects and solutions offering are delivered and provide the best technology possible to meet customer needs and expectancies
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the operation and promotion of Automation & Digitization solutions
- Support the implementation of associated technology, such as Certiq, My Epiroc Mining Tag, Mobilaris, Mernok and other Epiroc digital solutions that allow us to deliver information and data on the performance of the equipment to our customers, to have a recognized product in the market and local support
- Transform information from our monitoring systems and from the client into valuable information and proposals for viable improvements that promote technology implementation projects
- Holding customer centricity and customer satisfaction as a leading north star
- Special focus should be on growing the customer share and assuring strong growth of our subscriptions and services business
- Act as a change enabler for technology products in the local market
- Lead the project commissioning in the CC with support from the PC
- Detect the best way to apply digital technology with customers
- Analyze process and machine data to identify performance improvements, possible models, potential component failures and develop a pre-failure modeling system
- Support all Divisions in the delivery of decision support systems to their clients
- Maintain permanent contact with the areas in charge of the implementation on the client's side
- Make reports to factory on the status of systems, failures, special requests to customers, others
Ideally, you will have the following:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mining or industrial segment
- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics or any relevant experience
- Natural interest in new technology (automation and digitalization) and new areas of development
- Data-driven approach to all decision making
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies frameworks
- Knowledge of programming language (Excel Macros, NodeJS, JavaScript and/or other similar) to support customer doubts and minor developments
The successful candidate must be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills. A positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service operations are essential to the job.
