What will you be doing?
You will be working towards managing a portfolio of existing inspHire accounts using our inspHire Office Edition rental management software
You will liaise with key stakeholders and will take the lead for all aspects of the CSM role. You will be hosting engaging proactive calls, conducting online and face-to-face meetings, leading exciting software demonstrations, right through to submitting creative, detailed proposals and uncovering opportunities to help our customers make the most of the inspHire products and associated professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Experienced in working to targets – this will include sales and meeting objectives such as upsell and cross sell of solutions
- Providing existing customers with customised, engaging software demonstrations
- Creating detailed solution based and commercial proposals with demonstrable ROI examples
- Chairing and organising meetings with key stakeholders within the companies you work with, involving end users, managers and directors.
- Updating all internal systems including CRM & quotations system
- Provide the handovers to our Professional Services team
- Getting a deep understanding of the needs of our customers and the industry we work in
- To undertake any other duties deemed appropriate
What would make you a good fit for this role?
With a successful track record in providing outstanding levels of customer service, you will demonstrate the following:
- Experience in a hands-on customer facing role
- Experience in a sales, CSM or account management related role, preferably technical or IT related but not essential
- The ability to engage, collaborate and influence both a technical and non-technical audience
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask, achieve deadlines whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills allowing you to communicate the information you provide accurately, engagingly and articulately
- Having the ability to use a system confidently in front of an audience
- Being the kind of person that likes to know everything about the products they sell and audience they are providing them to, in order to be the best you can be at what you do
- Excellent decision-making skills and commercial knowledge
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally when required
- You have a full clean Australian driving licence
