Your new role As a Customer Success Specialist, your duties will include, but not limited to;Account lead - you will drive customer growth and new service and sale opportunities
Develop close and meaningful relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Take time to understand customer business needs and objectives
Proactively identify and implement personalised service enhancements, procedure improvements and governance plans
Support customers in delivery of projects across onboarding, service delivery, billing and tech supportWhat you'll need to succeedExposure to a sales environment, preferable within IT & Telecom industries
Proven relationship management skills with customers
Ability to deal with high pressure situations and show flexibility and resilience
Understand technology and be able to discuss technical issues
Citizens and PR only!What you'll get in returnCompetitive day rate of $280-$320 depending on experience
