The Opportunity 

This is an opportunity to become part of our young and energetic Customer Engagement Team, and take on a key organisational role helping to make dealing with Blue Mountain Co effortless and enjoyable. 

You will work with customers all around the world from your desk in Brisbane and internally you will build a close relationship with our Product Development and Warehouse teams. We have big growth plans and are committed to developing new products, both physical and digital.

About the Role 

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our existing customer base. You will work across our Rain Harvesting, Rain Harvesting IoT and Blue Mountain Gutter Mesh brands helping our customers with absolutely everything they need from product recommendations to quotes to order tracking and product troubleshooting.

Your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Customer Service: you are the first point of contact for our existing customer base, you will guide them through their enquiries, big or small. 
  • Problem Resolution: you are a point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues to maintain customer trust. 
  • Customer Feedback: gather and take customer feedback seriously to provide insights for product and service improvement. 

On an average day you will:

  • Take calls from, and make calls to, our existing customers
  • Respond to inbound enquiries for product information, quotes, order tracking information, account updates, spare parts and more
  • Work with customers to identify their needs and specify solutions that deliver a great experience

  • You have the ability to build and maintain customer relationships 
  • You have problem-solving smarts and conflict resolution skills 
  • You are comfortable and confident learning IT systems

  • This is an office-based role in Milton, Brisbane
