The Career Opportunity:
Join our dynamic Customer Success Team, where enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude are highly valued. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a vital role in responding to online inquiries and applications for financial assistance. The focus of a Customer Success Specialist is to understand the customer’s circumstances and financial situation, assess their budget and capacity to repay creditors, discuss the available solutions and work with the customers to implement their preferred solution.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing Revive Financial with professionalism.
- Effectively explain solutions to customers, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Understand options for managing unmanageable debt, considering benefits and consequences.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and stakeholders.
- Identify customer vulnerabilities and refer them to support partners for non-financial care.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Participate in internal training and team-building events.
The role:
- Respond to online enquiries in a timely manner, in some instances answer inbound calls (less than 5% of enquiries are inbound calls)
- Clearly communicate with customers to understand their situation and the circumstances that led to their situation
- Assess the financial situation of the customer by preparing a budget with the customer and their capacity to repay their debts
- Review the customer’s budget and any surplus to assess whether a payment arrangement with their creditors is possible
- Explain the options available to the customer based on their budget and individual circumstances and answer any questions
- Assist the customer to select a preferred debt management or insolvency option
- Gather further information and supporting documentation from the customer to support the application
- Prepare the debt management application via an easy-to-use automated online software platform
- This position would require you to work from the office located in Brisbane or Noosa.
Skills required:
- Confident, positive communicator with high professionalism (both oral and written word)
- Must be empathetic as we are dealing with vulnerable customers
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and can work well in a team environment
- Sound financial competency and the ability to understand a personal budget
- Preferably have customer service, collections or banking experience or a solid background in office administration
- Highly proficient computer skills and very good understanding of MicroSoft applications
