Access theDigital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.Key knowledge and experienceThe ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated skill and ability in providing local Information & Communication Technology (ICT) support to defined service levels and demonstrated written communication skills, including the ability to prepare instructions, reports and system documentation.
- Proven experience in technical support for Microsoft Windows 10®, Microsoft Office 2016/365®
- Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to work in a team environment establishing and cultivating working relationships.
- Confident consultation and communication skills with customers at all levels within the organisation, with ability to understand customer needs and deliver an organised service that meets the customer expectations.
- Demonstrated analytical and strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to display a logical approach to any customer issue to achieve successful outcomes (while maintaining awareness of Metro North Health and Queensland Health strategic directions).
- Flexible working arrangements such as variable working hours and working from home may be supported.

- Travel across Metro North facilities will be required – it is noted that this position has a shared primary location between Caboolture and Redcliffe sites, with days each week at Herston and other sites across Metro North Hospital and Health Service as necessary.
